Drive the P&L for Mutual fund and Insurance products across all distribution lines
Manage AMC/Insurer relationships
Conceptualise and onboard product categories basis client requirements
Recruit and hire teams for product distribution
Drive cross sell and up sell on the existing equity customer base
Acquire new clients for MF and Insurance products

Own the P&l at a national level|Manage distribution across B2C and B2B clients

Candidate should have managed MF distribution with a broker/ bank
MF is the major focus, hence prior experience in asset management is nice to have
Should come in with 15+ years of experience
Prior team handling experience is a must
Strong relationships with AMCs
