Preparing & reviewing budgetary controls as per the Cost of ConstructionExecuting Contractor packaging strategy and finalizing the scope for vendorsPreparing the Pre-qualification for new Contracts as per BOQ, Cost Analysis, Estimation, Tendering process, Comparative sheet & Approval noteClosely examining the contracts PO and agreement of all projects.Co-ordinating with External Architects for preparation of Tender documentsPerforming techno - commercial evaluation of rates quoted by contractorsAssisting in finalization of tender bids and contractsCoordinating with corporate commercial team for approval of new Contracts and Agreements.Ensuring that all the changes to the scope due to any reason (site conditions etc.) are recorded and amendments are made for approvalEvaluating the performance of the vendor at regular intervals & documenting the sameHandling Internal and External audits for Contracts departmentPreparing the MIS & reports regularly for the Contracts departmentCo-ordinating with other departments on relevant issues relating to the project.
