Role: Business AnalystLocation: NoidaWorking Model: Work from OfficeWe are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience tojoin our growing team! In this role you will be responsible for gathering business requirements,understanding the ‘as-is’ and mapping ‘would-be’ workflows. You will require to collaborate with end usersto understand their needs and translate them to product requirements. The ideal candidate must possessexcellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a solid understanding of businessprocesses. The individual must be comfortable writing user stories, managing product backlog, prioritizerequirements. Work closely with cross functional teams throughout the SDLC of a project- define, design,build, UAT and implement applications to meet business and application requirements.Responsibilities:

Independently drive requirements gathering and workflow mapping workshops.

Translate the requirements into clear and concise functional specifications such as BRD and PRD.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain product backlog using agile practices.

Coordinate with cross functional teams to configure the product according to the business

requirements, achieving project milestones within the agreed project cost and timeline.

Work closely with the Engineering Team in system development throughout SDLC, to ensure the

end-product meets the business requirements and are free from defects.

Provide client support during UAT, Go-Live and post implementation phase.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the

organization's business domain.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing workflows and translate them into

innovative product solutions.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional

specifications, process flows, user manuals, training guides.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate analysis findings, project status, and

recommendations to relevant stakeholders.Qualifications:

Excellent client facing and client communication skills; ability to work with end users to agree

priorities and final requirements.

Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyse complex business processes.

Detail-oriented, self-starter with the proven record to work independently in an agile, fast-paced,

business environment and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.

Strong organizational, meeting management skills, and strong interpersonal skills

Hands on experience of working on Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, and

Visio Power BI

3+ years of relevant work experience.

IP industry or Paralegal experience is preferred

Comfortable working independently with little guidance, and an ability to use resources effectively.

Basic DBMS skills and SQL skills.

Experience in building dashboards and reports using Power BI is a plus

Competent in project management methodology and tools.

Certified Scrum Master is a plus
