Corporate CoverageLocation: Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaIDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our Wholesale Banking team in the Corporate Coverage department. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, providing them with a wide range of banking and financial services.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in the assigned portfolio- Understand the clients' financial needs and provide them with appropriate banking solutions- Cross-sell various products and services offered by the bank to existing clients- Identify and acquire new corporate clients through proactive business development activities- Collaborate with internal teams such as credit, treasury, and transaction banking to provide comprehensive solutions to clients- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and proceduresQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on relationship management- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of local market and industry trends- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant softwareWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
