The client is a experienced Data Modeler specialising in scalable data model design for HRIS and IAM systems. The person will translate business needs into robust conceptual, logical and physical models supporting both transactional and analytical use cases. They'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data architecture, ensure governance and compliance, and optimize ETL pipelines.The candidate should be proficient in relational and dimensional modeling with deep knowledge of normalization and denormalization techniques. They should be experienced in SQL-based data modeling across modern cloud databases including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Redshift. They should be well-versed in IAM protocols (SCIM, SAML) and HRIS data structures (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR). The person should have a strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL processes, and the modern data stack, with a solid foundation in privacy, compliance, and data governance practices.To be a part of a fast-growing technology company in HR & Identity ManagementDefine the data architecture and data warehousing strategy for the companyThe candidate should be an Experienced Data Architect with 15+ years in data modeling and architecture, primarily within SaaS, HR Tech, and IAM domains. They should be skilled in relational and dimensional modeling using tools like ER/Studio, ERwin, Lucidchart, and dbt with added expertise in event-driven architectures, NoSQL, and graph databases. They must be certified in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data management best practices.The client is a Seattle-based company simplifying identity management integrations through its no-code Identity Fabric platform. It enables rapid, plug-and-play connectivity between identity platforms, HR systems, and any cloud or on-prem app-streamlining provisioning, synchronization, and governance.
