RoQ simulations
RoQ database creation
RoQ model development
PDK development
Thermal model creation
As a PDK Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Process Design Kits (PDKs) that enable the design and manufacturing of semiconductor devices. You will collaborate closely with process engineers, design engineers, and EDA tool vendors to ensure the PDKs are accurate, robust, and meet the requirements of the design teams. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor processes, device physics, and EDA tools.

Qualifications:Graduation in Electronics and communication(BTech) and Postgraduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with specialization VLSI and embedded systems from reputed College***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
