Job Title: Assistant Manager – Robot Sales & ApplicationsLocation: PuneExperience: 9+ YearsEducation: B.E. – Mechanical / Mechatronics / InstrumentationAge Preference: Max 40 YearsRole Overview: We are looking for a techno-commercial professional with strong experience in robotics applications and sales. The role involves driving business growth through solution selling, application support, and managing turnkey automation projects.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application and sales support for robotic products, system engineering, and turnkey projects
  • Identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and drive lead generation and conversion
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
  • Perform basic robot programming, product demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC)
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and manage end-to-end deal closure
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and execution
  • Drive sales planning, forecasting, and territory management
  • Develop and manage System Integrators within the region
  • Conduct application studies and provide technical inputs for project execution
  • Ensure effective customer engagement, training, and post-sales support
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of robotic applications and automation solutions
  • Hands-on experience in robot programming and application support
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions
  • Strong negotiation and deal closure capabilities
  • Good understanding of system integration and turnkey project execution
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience in robotics / industrial automation sales
  • Exposure to system integrators and manufacturing clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling projects end-to-end
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills.
