- Provide application and sales support for robotic products, system engineering, and turnkey projects
- Identify potential clients, build a strong pipeline, and drive lead generation and conversion
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events
- Perform basic robot programming, product demonstrations, and proof of concept (POC)
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and manage end-to-end deal closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and execution
- Drive sales planning, forecasting, and territory management
- Develop and manage System Integrators within the region
- Conduct application studies and provide technical inputs for project execution
- Ensure effective customer engagement, training, and post-sales support
- Strong knowledge of robotic applications and automation solutions
- Hands-on experience in robot programming and application support
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions
- Strong negotiation and deal closure capabilities
- Good understanding of system integration and turnkey project execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making ability
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and industry trends
- Experience in robotics / industrial automation sales
- Exposure to system integrators and manufacturing clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and handling projects end-to-end
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and strong stakeholder management skills.
