Duration: PermanentWhat you’ll be doing:Meet with business stakeholders and other technical team members to gather, analyze and translate development requirements.Participate and take lead in the discovery, planning and implementation of projects and/or issues. Meet with business partners to understand client needs and make recommendations for technical solutions.This position has the authority to create, modify and architect programs to maintain and/or enhance current business operations using current Change Procedures. Provide a leadership role on large/complex projects and/or issues. Establish and recommend policies on system use and services.Maintain and support ServiceNow operational functionsWork with a diverse customer base of internal clients to develop processes and solutions that increase and enhance productivityUse scripting tools & ServiceNow functionality to create scripts and automate tasksDevelop with an understanding of implication of performance, security and best practices for coding and code structurePerform technical validation and testing to ensure requirements are satisfied with sample dataRecommend improvements or changes to technical and functional designs where appropriateLoad, manipulate and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems; perform scheduled cloning operationsPerform regular data audits and resolve identified issuesRepair and recover from hardware or software failures; coordinate and communicate with impacted user groupsEscalate to vendor for defect and incident resolution as requiredAttain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.What skills you’ll need:B.S. Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experienceAn experienced professional who possesses a comprehensive knowledge of IT Service Management best practices and procedures, along with project and people management experience5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperStrong verbal and written skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsThe ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.The ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business and technical environment.System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experienceExperience with ServiceNow Integrations with third party applicationsUnderstanding of ITIL processes and how they are implemented in Service NowExperience with working or developing in one or more of the following: JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, HTML or HTML 5ServiceNow Certified Application Developer is a plusITIL certification is a plusRequired Knowledge:Implements and supports full life-cycle integrationsIncident ManagementProblem ManagementChange ManagementRequest Fulfillment/ Service Catalog/ Service RequestKnowledge ManagementConfiguration Management/CMDBSoftware Asset ManagementDemand ManagementService Level ManagementService ReportingRelease ManagementEmployment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
