Academic Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics/VLSI Design
Minimum 5 years of experience in Memory Layout design including array, sense amp, decoder.
Strong understanding of VLSI design, circuit design, backend electrical tools.
Scripting knowledge in Skill, tcl, perl appreciated.
EDA tools - Virtuoso XL layout & schematic editor.
LV flows - layout LVS, DRC, Density, Antenna checks, Latch up, EM, RV and other quality checks.
Strong analytical ability, problem solving and communication skills
Proven track record of actively leading a highly technical team
Ability to drive new ideas on physical methodology development or efficiency improvement
Ability to work independently and at various levels of abstraction
Work experience with external and/or internal key stake holders spread across multiple geographies Inside this Business Group
