Job Category: Technology & InfrastructureJob Description:We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect with 12-15 years of overall IT experience and deep expertise in designing, governing, and scaling enterprise ServiceNow platforms. The role is accountable for defining platform architecture, guiding complex implementations, enforcing standards, and ensuring ServiceNow delivers measurable business outcomes across the organization.Responsibilities: Platform Architecture & Strategy
  • Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and roadmap, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and long-term sustainability.
  • Align ServiceNow platform strategy with enterprise technology and business objectives.
  • Define architectural patterns, design standards, and platform guardrails.
Design Governance & Technical Leadership
  • Review and approve solution designs, integrations, and customizations to ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Lead design governance for ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, WSD, App Engine, and custom applications.
  • Mentor architects and senior developers; provide technical oversight across delivery teams and partners.
Integrations, CMDB & ITOM Enablement
  • Own enterprise integrations using APIs, MID Servers, Integration Hub, and third-party platforms.
  • Define and govern CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality standards.
  • Ensure ITOM implementations support operational resilience and business transparency.
Platform Governance, Performance & Risk
  • Establish governance frameworks for platform usage, security, access control, and compliance.
  • Drive upgrade readiness, technical debt reduction, and platform optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and operational stability for large user bases.
Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate complex business needs into scalable platform solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance during major programs, transformations, and managed services transitions.
  • Support adoption, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Experience
  • 15-18 years of overall IT experience, with 10+ years in ServiceNow, including 3-5+ years in an Architect or Lead role.
  • Experience in large enterprise, multi-instance, or global managed services environments.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, security, and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM and strong depth in ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / App Engine.
  • Advanced understanding of integrations, automation, and platform governance.
Certifications (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Mandatory
  • CIS (multiple modules) - Preferred
  • CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Strong plus
  • CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - Highly desirable

  • Strong architectural thinking and decision-making capability
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide distributed teams
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
