1. E-commerce Account Management
- Own and manage relationships with key e-commerce partners (Amazon, Blinkit, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.).
- Drive assortment expansion, visibility, and sales growth across platforms.
- Develop joint business plans (JBP) with platform partners to align with sales objectives.
- Ensure seamless product listings, stock availability, and pricing strategy compliance.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Plan and execute sales promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns to drive conversions.
- Work closely with digital marketing teams to optimize ad spend, visibility, and conversion rates.
- Ensure best-in-class product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor and improve organic ranking, reviews, and ratings on platforms.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and operations team to ensure on-time inventory fulfillment and avoid stockouts.
- Track sell-through rates, traffic, conversion metrics, and ROI for all platforms.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking to stay ahead in pricing, assortment, and promotions.
- Provide monthly performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Build strong relationships with category managers and key stakeholders at e-commerce platforms.
- Negotiate for better visibility placements, special promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Identify new e-commerce marketplaces and explore expansion opportunities.
