Purpose of position: (Overall contribution to company goals) Responsible for all Sales & operations activities for North region and active collaboration with BU,Sector, Technical, Construction Services, Marketing and all others Team Core Responsibilities Key Activities Sales & Operations Conduct market research to identify potential clients and projects. Involve with customer from purchase order till collection Provide after sales services related to technical assistance. Develop strong relationship with decision makers in government departments, consultants and contractors. Present sales, revenue reports and realistic forecast. Maintain database of projects,key influencers and opportunities. Achieve sales targets and develop new business with existing/new customers. Ensuring Business Meeting with client, contractors and consultants and explaining the advantages of innovative materials, to save time, cost and improving quality. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in marketplace. Tendering & Contract Preparing tenders, Proposals and quotations. Negotiating contracts, terms & conditions. Discuss technical marketing activities planning with Marketing, BD and Technical team in line with potential projects and key contacts. Collaboration Collaboration with all sector, Technical, Construction Services, and Marketing team.
