THE ROLEThe Senior Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking software solutions, with a strong focus on payments and local clearing systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge in financial transaction processing.
OPPORTUNITIES

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Temenos solutions, especially in payments and local clearing modules.
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Temenos platforms (T24/Transact).
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
Guide and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Ensure compliance with Temenos architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment processing and clearing systems.
Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives in development methodology and tooling.

SKILLS

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
4+ years in software development.
Strong hands-on experience with T24/Transact, IRIS, or related modules.
Deep understanding of payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS) and local clearing systems.
Java, J2EE, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle/SQL, Linux.
Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS.
Agile/Scrum, SDLC, version control (Git).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership.
