THE ROLEThe Senior Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality banking software solutions, with a strong focus on payments and local clearing systems. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and domain knowledge in financial transaction processing.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Temenos solutions, especially in payments and local clearing modules.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Temenos platforms (T24/Transact).
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Guide and mentor developers; conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Temenos architecture standards and regulatory requirements.
- Interface with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to payment processing and clearing systems.
- Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives in development methodology and tooling.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years in software development.
- Strong hands-on experience with T24/Transact, IRIS, or related modules.
- Deep understanding of payments (SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS) and local clearing systems.
- Java, J2EE, REST APIs, microservices, Oracle/SQL, Linux.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS.
- Agile/Scrum, SDLC, version control (Git).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership.
