Assistant Manager - Technical Services

• Participate in product trials and troubleshooting at customer site
• Offer technical solutions to compelling issues and challenges faced by customers
• We work closely with customer and focus on understanding the customer needs and pain points and help them to relieve it.
• Design, plan, and prioritize experiments for customer requirements and comparative studies with competitor’s products.
• Evaluate competitor’s product and submit report to development team for product improvement.
• Data analysis, interpretation and preparation of reports.
• Co-ordinate with analytical team, product development team for method development as and when required.

• Maintain Quality Standards in the application lab
• Establish test protocols and best practices and compliances in Application Development Lab
• Develop customer application process and simulate application conditions.
• Calibrate testing equipment’s as per customer conditions/test standards.
• Autonomous Maintenance of test equipment’s, maintaining their history card and ensuring preventive maintenance, calibration etc.
• Co-ordinate with vendors as per the lab/test requirements
• Determine external testing facilities and third-party labs in the event that we lack the testing capacity.

• Implement & monitor safe working conditions in and around the lab.
• To ensure implementation of Safety, Health and Environment systems and procedures.
• Adherence to statutory compliances to maintain safe & accident free work place.
• Take part in creating Material Safety Data Sheets of new materials or changes in the same
• Maintain arrangements for sustainable Process Safety Management (PSM) at responsible area.
• To be team of Emergency Response (First Aid Team).
• Implement effective lab practices and methods to improve safety. Development of working cultures in a direction which supports health and safety at work.
• Conduct risk assessments of all the activities conducted in the lab and take preventive measures.
• To be Sustainability support team.
