- Identify and drive market benchmarking for vehicle financing across segments and geographies and competitors
- Develop and maintain relationships with financiers across size, geography and types in order to support
- Onboard and kickoff financing operations with new financiers in conjunction with the VF operations team.
- Drive and manage relationships and escalations with financing partners in conjunction with VF operations to deliver on financing metrics
- Drive delivery of new product offerings, new partnerships or new terms basis the needs highlighted by the VF operations team
- 3-5 Years of experience, with at least 1-2 years of on-ground case management experience, ideally in vehicle financing.
- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Identify and drive deals that generate good value, and tracking deals to ensure suitable RoI for Exponent
- An ability to drive stakeholders outside of the organization and influence them to deliver critical targets.
- Leveraging data to ask the right questions for new product lines and terms in vehicle financing
- Strong capability in excel, financial modelling and business case pitching
