• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.

• Maintain and update employee data on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create and manage HR master data.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

• Manage monthly additions and deletions in the employee insurance database.
• Ensure new employees are enrolled in insurance plans promptly.
• Remove exited employees from insurance coverage in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and maintain accurate records.

• Proven experience in HR operations; HRBP experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is a must.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasing personality with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
