  • Design & Modeling: Develop detailed structural drawings, models, and 3D renderings using software like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Technical Analysis: Analyze site conditions, structural integrity, load-bearing capacities, and environmental impact.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
  • Collaboration: Work directly with architects to translate visual concepts into buildable, cost-effective, and safe designs.
  • Documentation & Review: Prepare, review, and verify project specifications, blueprints, and permits, ensuring accuracy before construction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM software.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of structural analysis, construction methods, and materials.
