Working on Tickets
Performing device health checkups
Account buddy duties
Working on device cleanup

QualificationsMust have Skills:

Basic understanding of Fortinet technology (2-3 years working experience)
Basic understanding of Cisco ASA technology (2-3 years working experience)
Nice to have knowledge on Palo Alto
Graduate/Diploma
