As a Senior Developer, you will play a crucial role in our New Age department, specifically in the Information Technology, Engineering, and Digital Engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems for IDFC FIRST Bank- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical solutions- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues in a timely manner- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in the development process- Mentor and guide junior developers in the teamQualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python- Experience with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Parameters:- Experience with cloud computing and microservices architecture is a plus- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance is desirable- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyIf you are a passionate and driven Senior Developer with a strong background in software development and a desire to work in the banking industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
