We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with a strong background in driving lead generation and maximizing ROI through digital channels in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and executing strategies that convert high-quality leads for property sales and rentals.You will play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts, working closely with sales, design, and content teams to ensure a consistent brand presence and measurable business growth.Responsibilities:

Plan and execute campaigns across Google, Meta, Display Ads.
Analyse and optimize performance using analytics tools.
Work with internal/external stakeholders to drive ROI.
Stay updated on digital trends and platforms.

Requirements

3–6 years in digital/performance marketing.
Hands-on with SEM, PPC, Shopping & Social Ads.
Google Ads & Facebook Ads certifications preferred.
