- Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead the evolution of mechanical systems using advanced materials and automation for enhanced performance.
- Employ predictive maintenance and real-time monitoring to ensure peak mechanical system performance.
- Oversee the budget for mechanical systems, track costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Guide and mentor mechanical technicians, promote safety, and facilitate ongoing training.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure mechanical systems are well-maintained and integrated with other plant operations.
- Track and report on mechanical system performance, maintenance, and compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential. Master's degree in Construction Management or a related field would be advantageous. Strong academic foundation in civil engineering principles, project management, and construction methodologies is crucial.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering and construction within a large-scale industrial environment. Proven track record in managing civil infrastructure projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop civil engineering teams.
