Job Description:Job DescriptionPosition Title, Responsibility LevelFunctionFAOReports to :Assistant ManagerPermanent/ TemporaryPermanentSpan of ControlNILLocationNoidaBasic Functions: Analyze information from legal agreements, claims data, Adjustment invoice and various systems for a particular insured’s policy period/coverage period and validate the premium paid to date for each expired contract.Essential Functions:Update WTS each time an account is assigned or completedReview all necessary account documents from relevant systemsCompile and organize relevant audit and claim data into spreadsheet analysis.Participate in all applicable training and special unit projects when appropriateAnalyze and explain impact on Insured’s accountEnsure that the assigned account has been updated properly on the compliance reportSubmit daily status reports to Unit ManagerUpdate checklist and store supporting documentation in Pre approval folder for reviewPrimary Internal Interactions :Assistant Manager for the purpose of reporting performance, escalation handling, clarifying concerns, and seeking feedback and supportRSC for the purpose of raising UW Assists and providing clarification on contracts, and all communications outside of fusion.Manager for the purpose of settling issues left unresolved by the Assistant Manager and monthly evaluation of performancePeers(team members) for the purpose of seeking co-operation & clarification on process-related matters & providing assistance and support when requiredApprovers for the purpose of contract related issues, escalated transactions, feedback, audit and trainingPrimary External Interactions:Trainers at the client end for the purpose of training
