Location: -Amravati , Maharashtra Job Type: On Roll Job Description We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our Agency Channel team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of field sales experience, a good understanding of the local market, and a strong passion for sales and customer interaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide timely support and guidance to agents to help close deals effectively. - Ensure timely submission of reports related to sales performance and market feedback. - Adhere to compliance and process guidelines of the organization - Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings. - Provide on-field training and sales support to agents. Qualification & Experience: - Graduation (Any stream) - Mandatory - Minimum 2 years of field sales experience, preferably in insurance, BFSI, or direct sales. - Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior. - Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
