Responsibilities; - Develop innovative and industry-relevant culinary and bakery courses aligned with the institute's objectives. - Lead and inspire a team of culinary instructors, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development. - Cultivate partnerships with industry professionals, culinary organisations, and businesses to enrich student learning experiences through guest lectures, industry visits, and internship opportunities. Qualifications required; - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in culinary or bakery arts, preferably with a background in Hospitality Management. - The ability to work within Surat, Gujarat. - Proven track record as a faculty member or instructor in a culinary institute or similar educational setting is preferable. - Exceptional culinary skills and proficiency in recipe development across diverse cuisines and baking techniques. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and inspire students of varying backgrounds and skill levels. - Flexibility to adapt teaching methodologies to both offline and online learning environments.
