We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Product Manager - AI & Data Management to lead the strategic review, roadmap development, and hands-on execution of our comprehensive marketing customer data ecosystem. This role is 70% technology-focused and 30% functional, requiring deep technical expertise in Data & AI enabled technologies combined with strategic product management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to effectively leverage data from multiple platforms including Treasure Data CDP, 6Sense, D&B, HG Insights, Salesforce and Eloqua to support high-impact marketing campaign executions that deliver measurable ROI.You will play a critical role in architecting technical solutions, developing comprehensive roadmaps, and owning the execution of complex work streams that transform how customer data across our technology stack is strategically managed and utilized. Working closely with engineering teams, you will leverage Treasure Data's AI Foundry platform to build and deploy AI agents, utilize Thomson Reuters' Open Arena platform for technical solution development, and drive hands-on implementation of AI-powered marketing data solutions with measurable business impact.If you are passionate about hands-on technical product management, Data & AI enabled solution development, and driving measurable marketing ROI through advanced data platform integration, this is the role for you!About the RoleIn this role as a Product Manager - AI & Data Management, you will:Drive development of AI-powered data products and services, collaborating with stakeholders on prioritization and roadmap execution.Develop and own comprehensive technical roadmaps for AI-powered data platform integration with detailed architecture plans and implementation timelines.Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate third-party data into campaigns and workflows, providing training and support for effective adoption.Develop compelling use cases demonstrating marketing effectiveness value, measuring success through adoption rates, data quality, and marketing ROI.Monitor and measure third-party data effectiveness in driving business outcomes, adjusting strategies accordingly.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance standards.Develop and maintain relationships with third-party data vendors for seamless integration and delivery.Own end-to-end technical delivery from proof-of-concept through production deployment and monitoring.Lead hands-on execution of complex work streams involving AI agent development, data pipeline automation, and cross-platform integration.Architect and implement AI-driven solutions using Treasure Data's AI Foundry and Thomson Reuters Open Arena platforms.Design technical integration strategies across Treasure Data CDP, 6Sense, D&B, HG Insights, Eloqua using APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.Implement real-time data processing pipelines and intelligent data orchestration solutions using cloud-native technologies.Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM (IST).Work from office for 2 days in a week (Mandatory).About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Product Manager - AI & Data Management, if your background includes:12+ years of experience in data management, product management, or a related field.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience with data management tools such as data warehousing, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), data governance, and data quality.Understanding of the Marketing domain and data platforms such as Treasure Data, Salesforce, Eloqua, 6Sense, Alteryx, Tableau and Snowflake within a MarTech stack.Experience with machine learning and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Expertise in SQL and Alteryx.Experience with data integration tools and technologies such as APIs, data pipelines, and data virtualization.Experience with data quality and validation tools and techniques such as data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, data architecture, and data governance.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to drive adoption and expansion of D&B data across the organization.Certifications in data management, data governance, or data science is nice to have.Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) nice to have.Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, and deep learning nice to have.#LI-GS2What’s in it For You?Hybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment (2-3 days a week in the office depending on the role) for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected.Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
