Job Title : Trainer - Blue Yonder / JDA Red Prairie - WMS Job Responsibilities : A Blue Yonder / JDA Red Prairie Trainer will equip the team with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize the Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) supply chain management software suite, specifically focusing on the Red Prairie Warehouse Management System (WMS). Below are the roles & responsibilities as a trainer : Analyze user needs and identify training topics. Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, labs, and user guides. Stay updated on the latest Blue Yonder/JDA Red Prairie functionalities and incorporate them into training programs. Effectively deliver course content using clear and concise communication. Conduct assessments to evaluate trainee understanding. Answer trainee questions regarding Blue Yonder/JDA Red Prairie functionalities. Provide ongoing support to trainees after course completion. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the software. Develop reference materials for ongoing user reference Additional Responsibilities Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management. Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and evaluations. Promote Blue Yonder/JDA Red Prairie solutions and their benefits. Desired Skills And Qualifications Strong understanding of Blue Yonder/JDA Red Prairie WMS and related supply chain concepts. Excellent instructional design and delivery skills. Proven experience in adult learning methodologies. Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to stay current with industry developments. RequirementsTotal Exp = 7 yrs in Blue Yonder / JDA Red Prairie Functionalities Exp in Training / as a trainer Pref.
