The Legal Counsel will focus on providing expert legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the organisation.

Provide legal guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Advise on regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to applicable laws.
Assist in managing and mitigating potential legal risks within the organisation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve legal issues effectively.

Only candidates based out of Mumbai or willing to relocate applyOnly candidates within 2-5 years of PQE applyReporting to the Head of Legal, the ideal candidate should have:

A degree in Law with 2-5 years of PQE.
Proven expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in the Food, Tech, or Nutrition sector is preferred.
Willingness to learn and work on a diverse work portfolio.
