o Resolving customer problems in partnership with ABM / ACM
o Disposal loss resolution and local support
o Discipline and day-to-day workflow of the branch
o Liaison with local authorities on need basis
o Briefing the employees on current sales goals and other employee
related relevant information like incentives, new policies, and
schemes etc.
o Recognises employee’s achievements and encourage .
o Partners with ABMs for marketing activities and events in the
branch.
o Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
o Ensures compliance to FPC standards.
o Ensures dealer and customer QRC resolution.
