Collection of Interest from the customers by coordinating with the team at ground level Ensuring the Growth of Customer base who are active through out the cluster New Customer Acquisition on daily basis by a rigorous followup with the team Ensuring the Loans are renewed on yearly basis which crosses the Specific turn around time T ake over of Gold loan from the various sources by making use of the month on month activities Eligibility: - Candidate who is currently working as Assistant Manager Grade II / Assistant Manager IN CHARGE/ Branch Manager in the grade of Manager Grade 1 and above with Minimum 4 years of Experience in the above Grades .
