This position requires to involve in budgeting activities, MIS reporting, IT Project , BCM activities, Governance, preparing necessary packs for Global Steerco meetings and also involves admin activities Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities Active involvement in Budgeting/Finance tracking Create weekly, monthly and yearly budget reports for sponsors / senior management Maintaining financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of all project expenditure Liaise with finance for tracking and reconciliation of invoices for reporting to stake holders Creation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly Status reports/ dashboards for Multiple Regions/Applications Coordination and communication with the projects teams and management Prepare & Maintain processes & procedures ( SOP ) for Core Banking Team New Joiners Initial Setup Management Responsible for tracking performance of team as well as performance against SLAs of each site. Preparing Operational committee pack and monthly performance pack Liaising with Vendor management team for contractor/HR on resource management Creating, updating and maintaining department inventory / software licenses Maintenance of BIA / BC Plans, Call Tree List, Call Tree Test Reports Articulate and Summarize the Minutes of various meetings in a clear and concise manner Manage seat locations / Assets and admin support activities Ad hoc Reports creation using PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other office tools Admin activities Contributing Responsibilities Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical: Good knowledge on end to end Governance, Finance and Control Conversant with Costing and Budgeting Possess Acumen of Statistical Data Analysis Strong Presentation skill and budget aspects Good Hands on experience on Office Tools (Excel, Macros, SharePoint & PowerPoint) Behavioral: Excellent problem solving skills Excellent Communication skills Ability to work as part of a geographically distributed team having members of diverse cultures. Specific Qualifications (if required) Knowledge in French language will be an added advantage. Knowledge in French language will be an added advantage.
