KRA1 Oversee and Perform setting up of models for new products being launched 1. Ensure that the required data should be available for modelling in required format whenever a new product is getting launched.
2. Ensure all the features of the products are set up in AXIS models.
3. Ensure all the assumptions used for the AXIS models are appropriate.
4. Maintain consistency between similar products.
KRA2 Upgrading the AXIS with latest updates 1. Keep a track of all the updates released for AXIS
2. Upgrade the datasets with latest available update
3. Calculate the impact of change on the results due to upgrade
4. Inform all teams about the changes in the models due to upgrade
KRA3 Responses to queries 1. Resolving simple queries
2. Effectively helping other teams understand the results
3. Understand, explain / overcome implication of results and limitations of models
4. Identify relationships and interactions among data to create information
5. Participating effectively in the discussions and discussing moderately complex technical information in lay or business terms as per requirement
KRA4 Modification to the models 1. Create a log for the request received from other teams for changes in the model
2. Create a log for change in the assumptions to be used in the model
3. Make appropriate changes in the models, check the changes based on the impact on various results
KRA5 Review of Models 1. Prepare scope document for Review the Models
2. Interact with the Reviewer Team, prepare a log for issues raised.
3. Take appropriate action on the issues raised
4. Finalize the review report based on the inputs from the reviewer
KRA6 Managing the team on a task by task basis 1. Plan and direct execution of a project with guidance
2. Guide junior members on running simpler models
3. Clarify work objectives and deliverables to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements
4. Set priorities for tasks in order of importance
5. Ensure objectives are set and agreed on and projects are delivered within negotiated tolerances
6. Make sound decisions about how best to do work so that it has the greatest business benefit with some supervision
7. Set personal and team goals and monitor their attainment
8. Provide inputs to performance review of junior staff
9. Arrange for training from GGY for other team members
