Learn and adhere to the hotel's standard operating procedures and policies to ensure efficient and smooth operations. 3. Prioritize guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and handling complaints with professionalism and courtesy. 4. Participate in hiring, training, and supervising staff, gaining valuable insights into team management. 5. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies to maintain optimal stock levels. 6. Support the preparation of financial reports and budgets, contributing to the financial management of the hotel. 7. Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge of hotel management practices. 8. Perform additional duties as assigned by the hotel management team, gaining exposure to various aspects of the hospitality industry.
