Our Rewards India team is actively involved in providing Total Rewards consulting to various world class organizations across the globe.Role and Responsibilities

Be part of the GDS Rewards practice at EY. Experience and learn world class consulting best practices, working on global client projects.
Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timelines, and accuracy of content.
Work in one or more areas within Rewards like Compensation and Benefits Design, Executive Compensation, Benchmarking, Rewards compliance, Job Evaluation, Pay Equity, Job Family Architecture and Due Diligence.
Identify trends, potential areas of non-compliance with legal requirements and opportunities for performance improvements within the function.
Drive effective client communication, cadence, and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

BCOM/BBM graduates with good academic scores throughout

Preferred SkillsThe candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with extensive knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel tools and will be considered when choosing the best applicant for this position. Prior consulting/ HR experience will be an added advantage.Key Job specifications
