- Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept development through to completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives, budget, and schedule.
- Provide expertise in industrial plant and non plant building design, including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, data centers, and other industrial complexes.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that optimize space utilization, operational efficiency, and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies as required. And code reviews to inform design decisions and compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues, design principles, and professional development.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in the architectural field, and incorporate relevant innovations into project designs.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence within the architectural team and across project teams.
- Sound technical and practical engineering skills and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to Worley and its customers.
- A working knowledge of the fundamental requirements of Architect engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
- A working knowledge of applicable local and international standards and statutory and regulatory specifications.
- Competent use of Architect engineering specific software and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Engineering experience of 8+ years in the same or similar industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited.
