- Drive practice-level revenue, order booking, margins, and P&L ownership.
- Lead business development, identify opportunities, create proposals, and influence RFPs.
- Build and strengthen CXO-level client relationships and guide strategic deal closures.
- Define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, especially around AI‑native engineering and modernization.
- Lead architecture and design of large-scale enterprise systems using Java Spring Boot Microservices.
- Architect and deliver AWS cloud-native solutions (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
- Apply AI-native engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) to accelerate development.
- Ensure best practices in security, scalability, cost optimization, and compliance.
- Mentor teams and build accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and shape innovation roadmaps.
- Create thought leadership, partner with alliances, and contribute to market-facing content.
- Drive internal IP development and solution accelerator creation.
- 18-22 years of experience in enterprise architecture, application engineering, and modernization using Java Spring Boot Microservices and cloud-native patterns.
- Proven track record of owning and managing a P&L of $5M+, driving revenue growth, order booking, and margin expansion.
- Strong techno‑commercial leader with the ability to shape deals, influence RFPs, and partner with sales to win large transformation programs.
- Deep hands-on expertise in AWS native services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, RDS, S3).
- Demonstrated capability to lead architecture of large-scale, mission‑critical platforms and ensure security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Experience leveraging AI-native engineering tools and AI assistants like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini, and Cursor for accelerating development and modernization.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to build and influence CXO‑level relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Adept at building innovation roadmaps, reusable accelerators, and internal IP to strengthen practice capabilities.
- Skilled in leading and mentoring high‑performing engineering teams, driving best practices, and enabling continuous improvement.
