If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a SAP S4 HANA MM / WM Consultant to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA MM & WM Consultant to support end-to-end S/4HANA transformation and implementation projects. The consultant will work under the guidance of a Module Lead or Solution Architect, contributing to configuration, testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization of Materials Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) processes.The role focuses on hands-on functional delivery across Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations, aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP MM & WM Configuration

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA MM processes including:

Purchasing (PR, PO, RFQ)
Inventory Management
Valuation and Account Determination
Configure and support SAP WM processes including:

Inbound and Outbound processing
Putaway and Picking strategies
Storage types, sections, and bins

S/4HANA Transformation Support

Support ECC to S/4HANA conversions or greenfield implementations.
Apply S/4HANA logistics simplifications (MATDOC, real-time FI integration).
Assist in Fit-to-Standard (F2S) workshops and requirement clarification.

Integration & Collaboration

Work closely with SD, PP, QM, FI/CO, and EWM teams to ensure end-to-end process integration.
Support Business Partner (BP) and logistics master data configuration and validation.
Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, interfaces) for RICEFW objects.

Testing & Data Migration

Prepare and execute unit testing and SIT test cases for MM & WM scenarios.
Support UAT and resolve functional defects.
Assist with data migration validation for materials, vendors, stock, and open documents.

Go-Live & Hypercare

Support cutover activities, including inventory and warehouse reconciliation.
Provide hypercare support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring business continuity.
Document issues, resolutions, and process changes.

Documentation & Methodology

Prepare and maintain:

Functional specifications
Configuration documents
Test scripts and user guides
Follow SAP Activate methodology and project standards.

Required Skills & ExperienceSAP MM & WM Expertise

5-8 years of SAP functional experience in:

SAP MM (P2P, Inventory Management)
SAP WM (Classic WM)
At least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion project
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Inventory processes

S/4HANA Knowledge

Hands-on experience with:

S/4HANA MM configuration
Inventory Management simplifications (MATDOC)
Business Partner (BP) concept
Awareness of WM to EWM migration options (basic exposure preferred)
Knowledge on LeanIX, Signavio for process flow preparation and discussion with business team, is an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA certification in MM or Logistics
Experience with SAP Activate methodology
Industry exposure to Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Consumer Goods
Basic exposure to Embedded EWM or Stock Room Management

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work effectively in onshore-offshore delivery models
Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP innovations
