You will be a key member of the branch sales team and will report to the Branch Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and acquire new customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and marketing activities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to deepen their banking relationships and cross-sell other products and services- Conduct regular customer visits and provide personalized financial solutions based on their needs and requirements- Achieve individual and branch sales targets for liabilities products such as savings accounts, current accounts, and fixed deposits- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to provide relevant and timely advice to customers- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures and maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with customersQualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry- Strong understanding of rural banking and liabilities products- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications- Fluency in local language and English is preferred- Willingness to travel within the assigned regionWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for career growth and development.
