Role Overview :- Aaratech is looking for a Growth / Business Development Manager who can support both marketing and sales lead generation activities for its banking technology solutions portfolio.- The role will focus on creating market awareness, generating qualified leads, and building relationships with banks, fintechs, and NBFCs, supporting Aaratech's growth in retail lending platforms, mainframe modernization, and safe deposit systems.- This role will work closely with sales leadership, presales, and product teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities and support the GTM strategy.Key Responsibilities :1. Lead Generation & Market Outreach- Identify and build a pipeline of banks, fintechs, and NBFCs across India and ASEAN- Conduct targeted LinkedIn outreach and account-based engagement with decision makers- Identify relevant industry events and banking conferences for participation- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions with potential clients2. Marketing & Demand Generation- Develop thought leadership campaigns around lending modernization and legacy transformation- Support creation of marketing materials, solution decks, and case studies- Organize webinars, workshops, and industry roundtables for banks and fintechs- Manage Aaratech's LinkedIn presence and digital outreach activities3. Sales Support- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and qualify leads- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, product demos, and workshops- Maintain and track sales pipeline and CRM updates- Support preparation of proposals and client presentations4. Partner Ecosystem Development- Identify potential system integrator (SI) partners and fintech partners in target regions- Coordinate joint marketing and lead generation initiatives with partners- Support development of partner outreach and collaboration programsRequired Skills- Experience in B2B technology marketing or business development- Strong communication and relationship-building skills- Ability to engage with banking and fintech stakeholders- Understanding of enterprise software or fintech solutions is preferred- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and marketing campaignsExperience- 4-8 years experience in technology marketing, business development, or sales support- Experience working with banking, fintech, or enterprise technology companies is preferredKey Success Metrics- Number of qualified leads generated- Number of workshops and meetings scheduled with banks and fintechs- Contribution to sales pipeline creation- Support in converting leads into assessment engagements and pilot opportunities (ref:updazz.com)
