Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 4-6 years of relevant experience. Preferably from a CA firm background. Financial Management: Preparation of Financial Statements including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, etc. Audit & Analysis, Taxation, GST, MIS. Accounts Payable & Receivable. Effective Fund Management, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis. Compliance and Reporting: Statutory compliances, tax audit. Maintaining proper accounting records. Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures. Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors, and vendors. Strategic Planning : Vision to achieve a leadership position in the organization. Fund flow planning & Management. Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies. Conducting internal and external audits. Financial Advisory: Offering expert financial advice and services to clients. Advising on financial transactions, fundraising & valuation. Preparing budgets, annual reports, and strategies. General Skills: Analyzing the company's financial systems and procedures. Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities. Assisting with tax planning. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Communication and Leadership: Impressive oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage stressful situations effectively. Strong leadership qualities.
