Coordinate regularly with multiple project teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Delivering high quality output through constructive review and feedback.Participate in regular discussions, meetings and email communications to understand and interpret research requirements. Communicate project status and deliver products and services ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.Achieve maximum efficiency and reduce turnaround time gradually.Adhere to set quality and turnaround time targets and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.Assisting in preparing and presenting the results of your analysis in a clear and concise manner.Ensure adherence to Kroll policies, procedures and protocols at all times.Work cross-functionally to collect data and manage projects.Working with management to build and maintain client relationships.Adequately assist team lead on client calls.Proactively support key initiatives that have been delivered to implement change.Maintain project tracker/time tracker and act as a query solver for the team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree (preferably in BAF, BFM, B. Com, BMS, BBI, BBA, etc.)MBA or MMS from an accredited college or university.Between 3-5 years of related experience in financial secondary research.Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts, with preferred background/exposure in financial reporting, financial modeling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint being highly desirable.Experienced with market platform navigation of databases like Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Cap IQ, etc.Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills.Commitment to long-term development with flexibility to handle multiple tasks and tight timelines.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact cross-functionally and/or with seniors, with an ability to convey messages in a clear and structured manner.About KrollIn a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges, our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.
