- SAP MM expertise (8+ yrs) - strong in configuration, customization & core MM processes
- 2+ end-to-end implementations (mandatory) + global rollout / multi-country experience
- SAP integration knowledge (MM with other modules) + implementation methodologies
- Client-facing consulting (workshops, blueprinting, requirement gathering, demos)
- Project ownership skills (delivery, stakeholder management, problem-solving)
