● Develop go-to-market strategies to validate product-market fit
● Evaluate the activation process and recommend improvements
● Identify and emphasize the “Aha! Moment” to help users realize value quicklyRetention & Engagement
● Monitor new user behavior and detect shifts or drop-offs
● Evaluate performance of retention drivers and identify new ones
● Map key user flows, analyze bottlenecks, and suggest optimizations
● Design and execute A/B tests to improve engagement and retentionMarket Research (20%)
● Conduct research on market dynamics, competition, business models, and go-to-market strategies
● Draw actionable insights from research to influence product directionRequirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical field; advanced degrees are a plus
● Proven ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data for quick, data-driven decisions
● Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
● Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
● Proficiency in data analysis, A/B testing, and statistical methods
● Experience with user research and converting insights into product decisions
● 2–5 years of experience in product management, management consulting, investment banking, or a related field
