  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management within an architecture, construction, or interior design firm. (Mandatory skill)
  • Profound understanding of project management software, particularly Microsoft Project, for efficient project scheduling and tracking.
  • Ability to identify potential risks within projects and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
  • Expertise in budget forecasting to ensure project financial plans align with company expectations and goals.
  • Proven ability to manage construction and architecture projects, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage challenges and make informed decisions quickly.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle client interactions and stakeholder alignment effectively.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage project teams across architecture, construction, and interior design projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards and client specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee resource management and allocation to optimize project success and personnel utilization.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.
