Skills & Expertise: Good knowledge and hands-on experience with the software as required for the role
Ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively
Prior experience working with freelancers or on contract-based projects is a plus
Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or in a team environment
Proficiency in relevant tools, software, or platforms specific to your project

POSITION RESPONSIBILITY● Perform paintwork with high quality on the complex shots● Coordinate with co-artists/Junior artists in the Given task (Shot-Captain)● On-Time delivery of shots-Status update of the shots internal to the team● Mentoring of the new entrants into the team and taking the trainingsessions● Solving of technical issues internal to the project and team● Supporting the first level of QC's for leads.
REQUIRED SKILLS● Applicant must have an artistic vision and creative thinking ability● Exceptional skill in at least one Paint software (Ex.,Silhouette, Nuke,etc.)● Proficient in creating clean plates● Additional knowledge of Rotoscopy and Tracking (2D & 3D) would bean advantage● Candidates with fine arts background are preferred, though not a must
