The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports evolving business needs.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.Additional Information:
