- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with inquiries, claims, and policy-related questions through various communication channels.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide informed support.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in the insurance domain.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with various insurance products and services.
- Experience in a customer support role within the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and standards.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in insurance or customer service are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
