- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts and plans.
- Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards, building codes, and Adani's quality guidelines.
- Review and approve design drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues or changes promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect design implementation and quality control.
- Prepare and present design proposals, progress reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in real estate design.
- Drive innovation and creativity in design solutions while adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Professional certification in Architecture or Design Management is preferred
- 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
