WE MAKE REAL WHAT MATTERS. THIS IS YOUR ROLE"Job DescriptionPosition: Electrical Site ManagerRequirement: We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our execution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and supervision of on-site installation, testing & commissioning of HV & EHV electrical substation. Primarily for up to 220kV AIS/GIS electrical substation projects on construction sites, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:

Planning site activities and preparing work schedule for daily monitoring and customer submission. Prepare and maintain documentation required as per site & site requirement.

Coordination with back office, site team, customer, consultants, contractor etc as required to ensure smooth execution of site activities.

Monitoring & maintaining company's EHS policies & other mandatory EHS requirements and explaining the necessity of complying the EHS requirements to the team & workers working under the team.

Providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting any potential issues or challenges.

Ensuring successful installations, testing & commissioning of the system.

Reviewing drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the design plan. Ensuring as-built drawing are prepared in time and marked up drawing submission to project & engineering team.

Ensuring trouble free energization of system.

Successful handing over of the system to the client or end-user.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

BE/BTech engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field OR Diploma engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as Site Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of construction practices.

Proficiency in using MS excel, words and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
