- Planning site activities and preparing work schedule for daily monitoring and customer submission. Prepare and maintain documentation required as per site & site requirement.
- Coordination with back office, site team, customer, consultants, contractor etc as required to ensure smooth execution of site activities.
- Monitoring & maintaining company's EHS policies & other mandatory EHS requirements and explaining the necessity of complying the EHS requirements to the team & workers working under the team.
- Providing regular updates on project progress, highlighting any potential issues or challenges.
- Ensuring successful installations, testing & commissioning of the system.
- Reviewing drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the design plan. Ensuring as-built drawing are prepared in time and marked up drawing submission to project & engineering team.
- Ensuring trouble free energization of system.
- Successful handing over of the system to the client or end-user.
- BE/BTech engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field OR Diploma engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as Site Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of construction practices.
- Proficiency in using MS excel, words and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
