Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at ADM Education & Welfare Society. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR activities and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This is a part-time, remote or hybrid internship position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team Prior experience or internship in HR is a plus Roles And Responsibilities Assist the HR team in daily HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases Coordinate and schedule interviews and other HR-related meetings Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs Support the HR team in handling employee queries and concerns Contribute to the creation and distribution of HR-related communications and documents Assist in conducting research and analysis on HR trends and best practices Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
