- Business Case Governance & Compliance: Lead the technical review of Business Cases to ensure strict compliance with approval workflows, maintaining and updating governance policies and authority matrices for all Business Units.
- Strategic Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary link between the COE and Regional Capital Management teams to communicate audit results, mitigate potential risks, and ensure adherence to global policies and procedures.
- Capital Approval Management: Facilitate and manage Peer and CS Signing Meetings, including agenda creation and status tracking, to ensure the timely progression of projects through the approval pipeline.
- Financial & Contractual Verification: Collaborate with Real Estate Transactions and Finance teams to verify that all O&E contracts and leases have completed the mandatory Business Case approval process prior to legal execution.
- Quality Assurance & Auditing: Execute bi-annual Quality Assurance reviews on capital projects and implement COE quality processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all global deliverables.
- Global Process Standardization: Support COE Leadership in driving global standardization initiatives that improve governance, commercial efficiencies, and data-driven optimization across the real estate organization.
- Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage a diverse team by providing regular performance updates to leadership, driving talent development and succession planning, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in expense management, compliance auditing, financial controls or quality assurance and working within an investment bank or financial services industry strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Corporate expense policies and financial governance.
- Experience in internal audits, financial controls or risk management within a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of global construction practices, trends and cost indices.
- Prior experience working in a shared service or centre of excellence (COE) environment preferred.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functionalcollaboration and senior stakeholder engagement.
